How can I transfer Xplora Coins?

Here’s how to do it:

1. Open the Xplora app and go to the Goplay section.
2. At the top of the screen, you'll see the user profiles linked to your account.
   Tap to select the account you'd like to send coins from.
3. Tap on Send Xplora Coins.
4. Select the user you want to send the coins to.
5. Enter the number of coins you’d like to send.
   You’ll see your available balance just below.
6. Tap Send Xplora Coins.
7. That’s it! The coins will be instantly transferred.

💡 You can only transfer coins between users connected to your Xplora account.

💡 Xplora Coins can be sent from a Guardian to a watch user or from one watch user to another, as long as they are linked in the same app.

💡 If your child’s Xplora Coins disappeared due to a factory reset or watch replacement, we may be able to recover them. Reach out to us and include a screenshot of the coin balance before they were lost, so we can restore them manually.
