Getting started: Create your Xplora account and log in

Sign up with email

To sign up using your email:

1. Tap Sign up with email and agree to the terms and conditions.
2. Enter a valid email address and confirm that you are not a robot.
3. You’ll receive a verification code to your inbox. Enter this code in the app.
   Check your spam folder if you don’t see the verification email from Xplora in the main inbox.
4. Once verified, you’ll move to the next screen where you’ll need to provide your details:
   • Name and last name
   • Password. Make sure it contains all the required characters
5. Tap Create an account to complete your sign-up.

💡Before you become a guardian or a contact and communicate with the device, you’ll need to confirm your phone number!

Sign up with Apple or Google

To sign up with Apple or Google:

1. Tap Sign up with Apple or Sign up with Google.

2. When using Apple or Google to sign up, there's no need to verify your email, enter a password, or fill in your name — it's all done for you automatically.

   Just follow the prompts to sign up with your Apple ID or Google account.
3. Your account will be created.

💡Before you become a guardian or a contact and communicate with the device, you’ll need to confirm your phone number!

Step 3: Set up your device and start using the app

Once you've completed the sign-up process, you can either:

• Set up your device by following the on-screen instructions
• If you want to remain a contact or set up your device later, skip to the home screen of the app.

Logging in to your account

Already have an account? Here’s how to access it:

1. Open the Xplora app.
2. Tap Log in on the app’s start screen.
3. Choose your preferred login method:
   • Log in with email address or phone number, you’ll be asked to enter your password.
     💡After your first login, you can turn on Face ID or Fingerprint login (depending on your device) for quicker access. In the app, go to the Settings and search for the Biometric login option to enable it.
   • Log in with your Apple account, and follow the on-screen instructions to access the app.
   • Log in with your Google account, and follow the on-screen instructions to access the app.
4. Once logged in, all your devices will appear on the Hub screen.

Forgot your password?

No worries! Here’s how to reset it:

1. On the login screen, choose your login method (email or phone number).
2. Tap Forgot password?
3. Select the email or phone number linked to your account.
4. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) you receive in your email inbox.
5. Set a new password, and you’re good to go.
