🆕 New users
If you're just getting started, download the new Xplora app directly from the store and create your account to begin your Xplora journey.
👤 Existing Users
You can still use the original Xplora app if you prefer — it will continue to work for now. But we recommend switching to the new version for the best experience and access to new features.
When you install the new app, just log in with your existing account. Your profile and devices will be there, ready to go.
⚠️ Avoid creating a duplicate account
To keep all your devices and data, make sure to log in using the same method and credentials as before. If you sign in using a different method (like a different Apple or Google account), a new account will be created — and your existing devices and settings won’t transfer.
