Safety Zones let you define specific areas where your child usually spends time—like home, school, or a friend’s house. When the watch enters or exits one of these zones, you’ll get a notification. It’s a great way to stay informed and support safe, independent exploration!

Why can’t I set a smaller zone?
Xplora devices use a combination of GPS, WiFi, and mobile network data to locate your child. Because the accuracy can vary — especially in built-up areas or inside buildings — smaller zones could result in false alerts. To avoid this, the smallest allowed size for a safety zone is 300 metres.
⚠️ Alerts depend on connectivity
Safety zone alerts depend on the device being connected and transmitting location data. Notifications are not always instant but are sent as soon as the system confirms the device’s location change.
