🕒 Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may still be able to change or cancel it. Once your order has been processed and sent, changes and cancellations are no longer possible – but don’t worry, you still have return options.

🔄 How to request a change or cancellation

  1. Contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Form

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • The name and email used during checkout

    • Details about what you'd like to change or cancel

We’ll do our best to catch your order in time!

📦 If your order has already shipped

If your order is on its way or has been delivered, you can still return the product once you’ve received it
