Where can I find my Xplora phone number?
Once you've successfully purchased your subscription plan, your phone number will be displayed in the following locations:
- On the checkout page after you’ve completed your purchase
- In the confirmation email you will receive after purchasing your plan
- Under the “Plan details” section on your user account associated with the subscription. If you're unsure where to start, visit our landing page and enter your watch's IMEI number.
What can I do if I haven’t received my phone number?
There may be occasions when activation is delayed and takes up to 24 hours. During this time, the phone number may not yet be assigned to the subscription.
If 24 hours have passed since your subscription was successfully activated, please contact us, and we’ll assist you in retrieving the subscription details.
💡 Make sure to send the email from the address used during registration and include the ICC number of the SIM card in your request to ensure we provide the correct phone number linked to the right SIM card.
