You can change your registered plan at any time. Here's how you can do this:
- Log in to your user account on the Gigs platform. If you are unsure where to start, you can use this link and enter your watch's IMEI number to be directed to the correct landing page.
- Open the subscription settings to cancel your existing subscription. More detailed instructions can be found here.
- Purchase the desired plan on the same SIM-card within your user account.
Payments from your current subscription won’t transfer to the new one, as it will be treated as a separate payment. To avoid extra charges, we suggest switching at the end of your current billing cycle.
Once the subscription is created with the new plan, the same phone number will be assigned to it. To retain your phone number, make sure to complete all steps promptly. If the subscription has been canceled for more than 60 days, a new phone number will be assigned once the subscription is reactivated.
