If your subscription is canceled but hasn’t expired yet, you can easily resume your plan and keep your phone number. Here’s everything you need to know to get started!

Canceled vs Expired

A canceled subscription means your plan is scheduled to end but is still active until the end of the current billing cycle. The subscription is still visible in the My Plans section.

For example:

If you cancel a monthly plan, your subscription will stay active for the rest of that month. After this period ends, the subscription’s status will change to “expired”, and it will no longer appear in your My Plans section.

How to resume your subscription

If your subscription hasn’t expired yet, you’re just a few steps away from resuming it:

  1. Start by logging into your user account on the Gigs platform. If you’re unsure where to start, visit this link and enter your watch’s IMEI number to access the right page.
  2. Click on “Subscription details”, then select “Subscription settings” in the upper-right corner of the screen
  3. Tap “Resume subscription” to reactivate your plan. Your phone number and subscription details will be restored instantly!

What if my subscription already expired?

If your subscription has expired and no longer appears in the “My Plans” section, you can still reactivate your SIM-card by selecting a new subscription plan.

  1. Follow the activation process by selecting a new plan for your existing SIM-card.
  2. Once reactivated, your previous phone number will be reassigned to your new subscription, as long as it’s within 60 days of cancellation. If more than 60 days have passed, you will receive a new phone number for your subscription.
