Regrettably, we are unable to pause your subscription.
If you prefer not to use the subscription for the time being, you can cancel it through your account. Please note that specific rules may apply depending on your subscription type, as most contracts include a binding period during which the subscription cannot be canceled with immediate effect.
When you're ready to use your Xplora again, within 60 days you can easily reactivate the subscription by choosing a new plan for your existing SIM-card. Simply log in to your account and select a new plan for your existing SIM-card. Once reactivated, the subscription will be assigned the same phone number as before, as it has been reserved for you by our service provider.
If a longer period has passed, your SIM-card can still be activated with a new phone number. Alternatively, we can send you a new SIM-card if you need one, allowing you to set up a completely new subscription.
