If your subscription is canceled but hasn’t yet expired, you may still be able to resume your current plan.
A canceled subscription means that there are still days left in your current billing cycle. Once the subscription period ends, it will transition from "canceled" to "expired," and it will no longer appear under your "My Plans" section.
Here’s how to reactivate your current subscription:
- Log into your user account on the Gigs platform. If you are unsure where to start, you can use this link and enter your watch's IMEI number to be directed to the correct landing page.
- Click on “Subscription details”, and then on the “Subscription settings” button that appears in the upper-right corner.
- Click on “Resume subscription” to continue with the same subscription plan and phone number as the ones assigned for the original subscription.
If your subscription already expired and doesn’t appear in your My Plans section, you’ll need to complete the full activation flow by choosing a new plan for your existing SIM-card.
Once reactivated, the same phone number from your previous subscription will be assigned to the new plan, as it has been reserved for you by the service provider.
Important:
You can keep the same phone number as long as the subscription is reactivated within 60 days of cancellation. After 60 days, you’ll need to create a new subscription with a new SIM-card and phone number.
