If you are receiving invoices after canceling, it’s likely due to the type of subscription plan you have, as different plans come with different cancellation terms.

Some Xplora plans, like our monthly subscription options, can be canceled with a one-month notice, and your subscription will end at the end of your current billing cycle.

For longer-term contracts, like one-year or two-year plans, the terms are different. These contracts are binding for the full term, meaning that even if you cancel early, your subscription will continue until the end of the agreed period. You’ll still receive invoices for the remaining months, but no further charges will apply once the contract ends.

So, if you’ve canceled but are still getting invoices, it’s likely due to being on a long-term contract.
