To change your payment method, go to the Xplora Connect website where you signed up for your subscription and log into your account.
If you're not sure where to start, use this link and enter your watch's IMEI number to be directed to the right page.
Once you're logged in:
- Click Settings in the top right corner.
- Under Billing Information, click Payment Method.
- Click Update Card in the top right corner.
If there’s any outstanding payment on your account, it will be processed immediately when you update your payment method.
Please note: This process can only be done for recurrent payments. If your first payment was declined, your subscription will remain in “pending” status for 24 hours before it changes to “cancelled.” In this case, you will need to activate your SIM card again with a valid payment method.
