Update your watch to connect

If your watch comes with an AT&T 5G SIM-card, you first need to update your watch to fully activate your subscription.

Please do the following on the watch:

  1. On the watch face go to: Settings > APN and tap the + icon.
  2. Delete any existing APN and add a new one with these settings:
    APN Name: nxtgenphone
    MCC: 310
    MNC: 280
    Leave the username and password fields blank.
  3. After saving the new APN, restart your watch and wait for a couple of minutes.

  4. Once the watch has restarted, swipe down from the main menu to check the network screen. The 4G icon should appear.
