Your monthly invoices will reflect the recently introduced taxes
Starting from April 4, 2024, Gigs, our connectivity partner, will implement the required taxes on each payment for both new subscriptions and renewals. As a result, you will notice a slightly higher amount on your monthly invoices going forward.
How are telecom taxes calculated?
Taxes vary depending on the location and are calculated based on the billing address of the subscriber. Typically, they amount to between 10-20% of a monthly subscription plan. The exact amount will be broken down on your invoice, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Rest assured, this is the last major release planned regarding telecom taxes. While, in collaboration with Gigs, we will continue to optimize the service, we do not anticipate any further significant changes now that telecom taxes are being presented.
