Thanks to the Xplora watches, children can communicate with their friends and relatives in a safe and easy way.
It is not possible to call an Xplora watch from a hidden or unknown number, as children can only make and receive calls from contacts that have been approved by their parents. If someone is trying to call your child from a number that hadn’t been previously added on your app, their calls will get blocked and will not manage to reach the watch. Thanks to our safety feature, however, you will receive an alert on your app notifying you about the call.
With the X6Play watch you can decide whether you want to be notified about the calls from unsaved numbers. Follow the instructions below to enable / disable this type of notifications on your app:
1. Open your Xplora app user account and choose "Device" tab. Then scroll all the way down to find the “Watch Settings” button and click on it.
2. Open “Notifications Settings” and toggle the switch to OFF to disable notifications or leave it in the off-position if you want to continue receiving them.
If you have any questions about this feature, you can contact us at support.us@xplora.com
