We have introduced various Xplora watches designed to work in Europe, Canada, and the United States. Each region has its own specific version of these models, tailored to work with local providers and support different frequency bands. Because of these differences, watches purchased in the USA or Canada may have trouble connecting to European networks if the required frequency bands are not supported.
