Contact Our Customer Service Team

If you're planning to sell your Xplora, reach out to our customer service team via our Contact Form. Our team will assist you with the following:

  • Canceling your subscription ❌: We’ll help you cancel your subscription so you no longer get charged for the plan.
  • Resetting the watch to factory settings 🔄: We will also perform a factory reset to erase all your personal data and settings from the watch. Ensure that the watch is powered on and has an active SIM-card to successfully process the reset command.

    ⚠️ If the new owner ever needs to request a factory reset, they will be asked to provide the original proof of purchase or contact the original watch owner.

New Owner Gets Set Up
