You can easily manage your subscription through the same account you initially used to sign up for your subscription. If you're unsure how to find the correct website, you can scan the QR code available on the SIM-card leaflet that will take you to the right place.
To begin the cancellation process, open the Xplora Connect website and sign into your account:
Once you've logged in, locate the "Subscription Details" button to manage your subscription:
Within the "Subscription Details" section, click on the option labeled "Subscription Settings”.
Click on “Cancel Subscription” to proceed with the cancellation process:
After selecting "Cancel Subscription," the website will prompt you to confirm your decision.
You will receive an email to confirm that your subscription is cancelled.
Keep in mind that your access to the Xplora Connect service will continue until the end of your current subscription period. If you have a 1 or 2 years contract, you'll have access to the service until that period ends.
