You can easily manage your subscription through the same account you initially used to sign up for your subscription.
To begin the cancellation process, open the Xplora Connect website and sign into your account. You can use this link if you're unsure where to start; after entering your watch's IMEI number, you will be directed to the landing page:
Once you've logged in, locate the "Subscription Details" button to manage your subscription:
Within the "Subscription Details" section, click on the option labeled "Subscription Settings”.
Click on “Cancel Subscription” to proceed with the cancellation process:
After selecting "Cancel Subscription," the website will prompt you to confirm your decision.
You will receive an email to confirm that your subscription is cancelled.
Keep in mind that your access to the Xplora Connect service will continue until the end of your current subscription period. If you have a 1 or 2 years contract, you'll have access to the service until that period ends.
The Premium features for the Activity Platform that come with your mobile phone subscription will be automatically cancelled when your contract ends. If you purchased the Premium subscription through the Xplora app (and not as part of your mobile phone plan), please remember to cancel it directly from the Activity Platform.
