Xplora 1-year warranty
Your watch comes with a one-year limited product warranty, during which we offer technical support and the option to replace your watch should you encounter any firmware or technical issues within this period.
To initiate the warranty process, please contact us through our contact form or email address (support.us@xplora.com). Describe the issue you are facing, and ensure you include your order details (such as the order number and purchase date) and your product's information (including the IMEI number and a photo of the watch).
After our team confirms the issue, if the problem cannot be resolved remotely and falls under warranty, we will send you a replacement watch along with instructions on how to proceed with the return of your defective watch.
Change of mind policy
You can exercise your right to change your mind within 30 days of purchasing a product on our website. Please send a contact request to our support or email us at support.us@xplora.com mentioning your order and product details (including the order number, date of purchase, IMEI number and a photo of the watch).
After you receive return instructions, you will need to return the product within 30 days in its original undamaged packaging. You will be responsible for the return costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund you the price you paid for the product using the same payment method you initially used for your purchase.
