Messages

The X6Play can send voice messages, pictures, smileys and pre-programmed text messages to contacts. To be able to receive these messages the recipient needs to have installed the Xplora app.

To read and send messages on your X6Play, follow these few steps:

1. First you need to enter Chat:
   - Swipe left in the watch's menu
   - You will find a red chat bubble icon with chat
   - Tap on this icon
   
   
2. Find the person in the contact list you want to send a message to:
   - Scroll down the contact list
   - Find the name/picture you want to send a message to
   - Tap this contact
   
   
3. To send a voice message, tap the microphone icon in the bottom right corner
   - Record your message by keeping the button pressed (max. 15 seconds)
   - Release the button to send the message
   
   
4. To send a smiley, swipe to the right and tap on the yellow icon with a smiley
   - Scroll down through the menu to find the smiley you want to send
   - Tap this icon
   
   
5. To send a picture from the gallery, swipe to the right and tap on the icon with a landscape
   - Scroll down through the menu to find the picture you want to send
   - Tap this picture and then on the "Send" button
   
   
6. To send a picture directly from your camera, swipe to the right and tap on the purple icon with a camera lens
   - Tap on the screen whenever you are ready to take the picture 
   - Tap on the "Send" button
   
   
7. To send a video, swipe to the right and tap on the red icon with a play symbol
   - Tap on the screen whenever you are ready to start recording
   - Tap on the screen if you want the video to stop recording or let the timer run out
   - Tap on the "Send" button
   
   
8. To send a pre-programmed text message, tap on the purple button on the bottom left of the screen
   - Scroll down through the messages until you find the text you want to send
   - Tap on that text
