How to purchase a Premium subscription?
Ready to unlock these exciting features? Here’s how to subscribe:
On the Xplora app:
- Tap the GoPlay icon at the bottom of the screen, then click the Upgrade Today! button on the banner that appears.
- If you don’t see this option right away: bTap the avatar icon in the top right corner and click Subscribe next to the avatar you want to upgrade to Premium.
- Select the devices you want to subscribe for Premium and choose a payment plan.
Each device can have a different payment schedule. - Follow the payment instructions.
- Once the payment is complete, your Premium subscription will be activated automatically.
On the Activity Platform website:
- Log in on the Activity Platform website.
- Tap the avatar icon in the top right corner and click Subscribe next to the avatar you want to upgrade to Premium.
- Select the devices you want to subscribe for Premium and choose a payment plan.

- Once the payment is complete, your Premium subscription will be activated automatically.
✔ Certain mobile subscription plans include a Premium subscription. If you're on one of these plans, you'll get immediate access to the Activity Platform as soon as your mobile plan is activated.
