IMEI number
The IMEI number uniquely identifies each electronic device. Your watch's IMEI is 15 digits long and begins with either 3 or 8 (for older models).
You can find the IMEI number:
- On the box of the watch, in the barcode area

On the sticker located on the back of the watch
- Under the watch settings > About the watch
- On the Xplora app, under the device information
ICC number
The ICC is a unique identifying number specific to a SIM-card. It's 19 digits long and starts with 8944.
The ICC number can be found:
- On the SIM-card itself
- On the large plastic card that houses the SIM-card, under the barcode
