Xplora Connect subscription uses the IQ Mobile network on EE’s infrastructure, providing strong coverage and a stable connection. Check your coverage.
Our watches mainly use 4G for the best connection and automatically switch to 3G if 4G isn’t available. The XGO3 and older models also support 2G when needed.
Xplora Connect plan options
When activating your Xplora SIM-card, you can pick a plan that works best for your family:
1-year prepaid plan: Pay for the entire year upfront and enjoy uninterrupted service without any further payments for 12 months. Once the year is complete, your subscription will automatically switch to a monthly plan.
Monthly plan: A pay-as-you-go option with the option to cancel at any time.
1-year plan: A budget-friendly option with a 12-month commitment. After the binding period expires, the subscription will renew on a monthly basis.
2-year plan: The best value for long-term users, with a 24-month commitment. After the binding period expires, the subscription will renew on a monthly basis.
Each plan includes 50 voice minutes and mobile data—perfect for making calls, sending messages, and keeping track of your child's location.

Activity Platform subscriptions
The Activity Platform subscription adds an extra layer of fun and engagement to the Xplora experience!
With a Premium subscription, your child gets unlimited access to all Activity Platform features, allowing them to explore everything the platform has to offer.
You can purchase premium features as part of your mobile subscription for the watch or separately on the Activity Platform.
