How can I renew a plan with upfront payment?

If you’ve chosen a plan with upfront payment, your subscription period will expire on the date specified by your contract. But don’t worry—you can easily renew your subscription for another long-term prepaid period, so you can continue enjoying the service without interruption.

Around one month before your current prepaid period ends, you’ll receive an SMS with a link to sign-up for another prepaid period.

Important: If you do not wish to sign up for another year of prepaid subscription, your subscription will automatically switch to monthly billing, with no long-term commitment.

If you decide to renew for another upfront period, the changes will take effect starting with your next billing cycle. Any monthly invoices sent before this date will still need to be paid.
