Why am I receiving invoices after my contract expired?

Contracts and upfront payments renew automatically on a monthly basis after your initial period ends. This way, you can continue enjoying the service without interruptions and without committing to a new contract.

Long-term contracts

Our Customer Support team can assist you in upgrading to another long-term contract.

Upfront payments

You can renew your subscription with another upfront payment using the renewal link sent to you via SMS. Contact our Customer Support for assistance if your link has expired or you didn’t receive it via SMS.

Changes to your subscription

If you decide to upgrade your subscription to another long-term option, the changes will take effect starting with your next billing cycle. Any monthly invoices sent before this date will still need to be paid.

When your subscription transitions to a monthly plan, you can also cancel it anytime by contacting our support team.

If you don't take any action, your subscription will continue as a monthly payment, with no long-term commitment.
