Cancel your Xplora Connect subscription

Before you cancel:

Is your Xplora watch broken or lost? No need to cancel your subscription! Simply reach out to our customer service team, and we can help you with a discounted replacement watch that works with your current subscription.

How to cancel your subscription:

The cancellation process and conditions will vary depending on your plan. Here’s what you need to know:

For Flex Plans:

Once you submit your cancellation request, it will take effect on the last day of the next calendar month. You will be charged for the remaining days of the current month, as well as the full next month.

For Binding Contracts:

For 12- and 24-month contracts, cancellations can only be made once the binding period has ended. We will set your cancellation date to match the last day of your commitment, allowing you to continue enjoying your subscription until then, while also ensuring that your plan won’t automatically renew.

For Activity Platform Subscriptions:

If you have Premium features for the Activity Platform as part of your phone plan, they will automatically be cancelled when your contract ends.

If you purchased the Premium subscription through the Xplora app (separate from your phone plan), you’ll need to cancel it directly via the Activity Platform. 

Important Notes:

It’s generally not possible to temporarily pause subscriptions. Once your subscription is cancelled, it cannot be reactivated under the same number.

How to Submit Your Cancellation Request:
