Welcome to the Xplora family! We're thrilled to have you on board and can't wait for you and your child to start exploring the world with your new Xplora watch.
Below is a guide to help you set up your watch with the corresponding eSIM profile.

NOTE: Please use only authorised Xplora accessories.

CAUTION: Risk of explosion if the battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Do not remove or attempt to remove the non-user-replaceable battery.

Activate your X6Pro watch

1. Make sure your watch is fully charged. If it recently ran out of power, it may take up to 15 minutes of charging before it can be switched on.
2. Open the Xplora app and log in to your user account to add a new watch.
   If you're using the app for the first time, you'll see a prompt to "Add device". Otherwise, click on the (+) icon in the upper right corner.
3. When prompted, allow the app to access your camera, as it will need to scan a QR code.
4. Turn on your watch and choose the language you wish to use on your Xplora watch.
5. Follow the instructions displayed on the watch and click on the "Show QR code" button that will lead you to the watch's QR code. Scan the QR code displayed on your watch.
6. Activate your eSIM subscription and scan the QR code of your eSIM profile that will be sent to your email once the subscription is active.
7. In the activation email, you will also receive a phone number for the watch that you will need to enter in the next step, along with your child's name, in order to create your child's profile.
8. Your watch is now fully set up!
